Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if they are faulty.
• Contact us with your order number to arrange an exchange.

Check before you pay

You may check your parcel in front of the delivery rider before paying. If anything is wrong, you can refuse the parcel and pay only the delivery charge.

Refunds

If an item arrives damaged and a replacement isn't available, we'll refund the item amount once the product is returned to us.
